Once an enquiry has been made, and you’re happy with the quotation, a payment of £100 (depending on the services booked) will be due within 7 days. This is to secure your date and is also a prepayment for your styling consultation

After your styling consultation you will be required to pay a securement payment of 50% of your total remaining invoice. Again, we allow 7 days for this to be paid (provided you wish to secure your wedding date and go ahead with the booking). Your final balance, if not already paid, will be due 30 days prior to your wedding day.

Travel

Mileage is calculated from the stylist’s home to your venue. This is at a cost of 50p per mile. This will be included on your quote and is why we ask where you will be getting ready or venue details.

CANCELLATIONS + LATE PAYMENTS

Cancelling services anytime between booking date and 3 months prior to your wedding - No further charge, any deposits paid will be retained.

Cancelling services within 3 months of your wedding date - 50% of the quoted balance will be required and any deposits paid will be retained.

Cancelling any service within 1 month of your wedding date - 100% of the quoted balance will be required and any deposits paid will be retained.

If it becomes apparent that clients have symptoms of any contagious viruses which include but are not limited to covid 19, conjunctivitis, herpes, head lice, we reserve the right to refuse the booking/appointment without penalty to ourselves to avoid the serious risk of cross-infection and contamination.

Any securement payments that are made after the 7-day invoicing period (this does not include the initial deposit amount) will be charged a ‘Late Payment Fee’ of £10.
